Tell
Us Your Story
The Make Medicare Work Coalition was organized to respond to the significant
challenges posed to states, consumers, and health care providers by the Medicare
Modernization Act. One goal of the MMW Coalition is to marry public policy
development with targeted public education, outreach and enrollment efforts. In
order to affect Public Policy, the Campaign for Better Healthcare is asking for
the help of consumers, their family members and providers by ‘telling us your
story.’ By completing the form below, you will be informing us of the
experiences that you have had with the new Medicare Part D – Prescription Drug
program. You can complete the following form and submit it to:

ARE YOU INTERESTED IN BEING PART OF THE EFFORT TO IMPROVE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE?
The Campaign for Better Health Care is a coalition of organizations and
individuals organizing consumers to help create and advocate for an accessible,
quality health care system that provides for all. Working in coalition with Make
Medicare Work, the Campaign for Better Health Care is using their health care
helpline to collect the stories of Medicare beneficiaries, in order to publicize
the affects of this new legislation and improve health care for those affected.
The Campaign is looking for volunteers to answer calls, collect Medicare
stories, contact media, and do office filing. Join the fight for health care
justice, Make Medicare Work, and volunteer today!
